The BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager® is a flexible and sophisticated file transfer umbrella management system. It brings connectivity and automation to data exchange workflows and hides system and workflow complexity from the user. The queuing of several recurring or scheduled jobs in a job template is significantly time saving. The process execution is entirely straightforward and intuitive to handle, also for non-technical staff. Through the diversity of interfaces to 3rd party and own systems, BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager® can support daily contribution and production exchanges. As part of the BOSS platform®, BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager® provides a native interface to BOSS LINK Manager® ,which can shape the file transfer traffic dynamically. BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager® will request the reservation of needed network resources dynamically. By prioritizing transfer services, it is possible to react instantly on immediate changes in the program. With additional deployment of WAN accelerators, job times can be precisely calculated in advance and can utilize the given bandwidth efficiently.

BOSS FILE TRANSFER Manager® can be operated in standalone mode or in conjunction with third party products. It unifies, simplifies, and reduces operational costs. Its Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) design also facilitates easy integration into other Software applications, WAN accelerators, Operation Support Systems (OSS), transcoder and wrapper farms, planning tools, scheduling systems and/or billing systems.
