AVIN Networks provides a variety of support contracts according to the customers' special requirements.

Maintenance:

AVIN Networks takes over the maintenance of the delivered system and offers different alternatives of support (e.g. standard maintenance for the usual workdays or hotline services 24 x 7).

Support of other system components:

AVIN Networks can support the customer for other components within the entire system (e.g. server, devices, database, third party software, etc.). Therefore it is necessary that maintenance contracts exist with the respective vendors. These contracts can be concluded by the customer or via AVIN Networks. Services concerning this support are to be charged extra.

Consulting and software modification:

Beside the warranty and the standard maintenance contract it is sometimes reasonable that the customer and AVIN Networks sign an additional maintenance contract which covers support for operation and which allows minor changes. A pool of working hours has to be defined and the accounting based on a fixed price per hour. The invoicing is monthly, quarterly or to fixed dates.This kind of contract helps to provide minor changes very fast.
