BOSS BROADCAST Manager® configures, controls and monitors devices within a broadcast facility.

At AVIN Networks we believe broadcast networks can be managed more efficiently than the control systems that handle them now. Our software is easy to use, future proof and very scalable. This is a management software for configuration, control, and monitoring of IPTV / DVB / ATSC / Streaming in multiplex centres. Due to its flexible and scalable architecture it can control thousands of devices and element managers from any hardware vendor and yet let the user focus on their main task by hiding the complexity of the networks. BOSS BROADCAST Manager® can be deployed to control all devices or only monitor them with the 'lighter' version BOSS BROADCAST Manager® Monitoring.

BOSS BROADCAST Manager® streamlines the process of creating new services. Users can generate services by simply drag and drop components into an intuitive graphical interface. Its unique capability to support statistical multiplexing and service based scrambling enables fast service creation based on customer needs. Furthermore network elements can be grouped into 'complex objects, i.e. a complex object can consist of IP input ports, internal switch, decoder, encoder and IP output ports. Backup and redundancy switching can be performed both at logical level(within a complex object) and/or physical level (within multiple complex objects) based on the configuration. In case of a failure the root cause can be easily identified by drilling down to the faulty device and respective services.

Recurring events e.g. automatic switching to regional program sources can be a pre-configured and scheduled as 'Events', allowing bouquet changes within seconds. An individually configurable GUI enables personalized interaction with the system.
